Balance & Bend Yoga
Stretch your body and imagination in a playful yoga class. Traditional yoga poses will be interwoven with stories, challenges, partner exercises, games, and moments of being still. You will learn breathing exercises and team up with friends for group poses as you balance, bend, and live in the fun moment.
Kate Martin
Kate Martin is a former special educator, turned social emotional learning facilitator and yoga practitioner! Kate will bring her eleven years of teaching experience, her love of SEL and mindfulness, as well as her knowledge learned in her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Breathe for Change to facilitate her ACE classes.
