Each day we will focus on a different theme and build on our drawing knowledge to make more elaborate pictures. There’s no right or wrong in this class—drawing is all about having fun!

Each class combines dynamic and plyometric pre-workout stretches, a guided workout, and static post-workout stretching, with additional core and strength exercises assigned as homework. The popularity of tequila and mezcal has exploded in recent years, and for good reason—they’re delicious! Come learn about the distinctive distillates of the blue agave plant from Mexico. We’ll start with tequila, comparing premium Blanco (unaged), Reposado (lightly aged), and Añejo (well-aged) varieties. Then discover how mezcal differs from tequila and taste why some people prefer it. Returning students are welcome, as we’ll be trying an entirely new lineup of tequilas. Light snacks are included.

We will do a draft where everyone will pick cards and then use those decks to play each other. If you have your own cards, you can bring them, but we won’t be trading—the focus will be on gameplay. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Magic is easy to learn, difficult to master!

Spend your vacation making a movie trailer or shooting a commercial. Working in small groups, you will script, storyboard, rehearse, and film while learning techniques like script writing, rule of thirds, and mise-en-scene. Use Final Cut Pro to edit, add titles, sound effects, and music. You’ll have a finished film by the end of the week.

You will learn techniques for seasoning, texture, and presentation, as well as how to adapt mezze for casual meals or entertaining. We’ll finish by sitting down to enjoy the platter together.
