Kristine Vlahos Gagne

Kristine Vlahos Gagne is an award-winning Program Manager and Organizational Leader, driving learning and development, process improvement, and operational excellence for global Fortune 500 companies across the contract research, biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing industries. With expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and business transformation, Kristine has designed and launched cutting-edge training programs, facilitated large-scale change initiatives, and optimized business performance across complex organizations. As a thought leader and educator, Kristine shares insights through podcasts, public speaking, and consulting, having presented at institutions like Bryant University and Northeastern University. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership, Kristine also holds certifications in Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, Business Foresight, Design Thinking, and Behavioral & Cognitive Project Management.


Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is a hands-on expert who thrives in the world of regulatory compliance, project management, and leadership development. From troubleshooting to collaborating across business units, she has delivered operational solutions for some of the biggest names in the industry. Currently, she is the Supervisor of Animal Operations, where she leads staff training and development, optimizes vivarium processes, and ensures smooth operations while maintaining strict compliance with regulations and meeting project deadlines. Jennifer also has the privilege of being a Co-Founder at Aisling Visionary Leadership Collective, where she focuses on strategy, efficiency, and customer success. Whether it’s regulatory submissions, quality assurance, technical knowledge, or driving innovation, she is dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering top-notch results. Certified in Business Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management, Jennifer has built a strong network in the biotech world and loves tackling challenges head-on!
