Dr. Leah Abraham has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. Her science background in DNA includes experience sequencing DNA at MIT and teaching college and graduate classes in Biology, Bioengineering, and Statistics at Tufts, BU, Northeastern, and Merrimack College. Dr. Abraham has personal experience using DNA results to locate her own birth parents (in one intense 4-week search effort). She has a personal ancestry.com tree with over 6000 people, as well as trees on MyHeritage, FamilyTree, WikiTree, and FamilySearch. Dr. Abraham has helped seven other people use their DNA results to locate birth relatives. She is able to advise on advanced DNA and tree tools including DNAgedcom, GenomeMatePro, Family Tree Maker, and Charting Companion.
