Learn Woodworking: Cutting Board

Don’t miss this great opportunity for aspiring woodworkers. Learn the basics of fine woodworking using shop tools such as the jointer, planer, and table saw to create a cutting board. Get hands-on experience that will lay a solid foundation for future woodworking projects. For first-time students only.
NOTE: Wood for the cutting board is provided, but material for different or additional projects will need to be provided by the students.

Nathan Muehleisen is a graduate of MassArt and has worked as a carpenter, cabinetmaker, and furniture maker. He leads the woodworking/makerspace program at Arlington High School.
