A Thoughtful Approach to Divorce
Divorce can feel overwhelming, especially with conflicting advice from friends, family, and the internet. In Massachusetts, there isn’t just one way to divorce, and the path you choose can either reduce or increase conflict. This workshop explains the differences between mediation, collaborative law, and contested divorce, clarifies key legal terms, and shows how parenting plans and financial matters are typically handled. You’ll also learn practical steps for a respectful, efficient process—and, for parents, strategies to prioritize children’s well-being. All are welcome including couples considering attending together.
