Yoga for Better Balance
Improve your balance and prevent falls with yoga poses designed to help you better navigate your daily life. We’ll combine breathing and meditation with strengthening and stretching exercises for the entire body, resulting in an overall feeling of wellness and relaxation. This class is appropriate for everybody, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi(ni). Chairs will be used to help us balance.
Note: Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap.
