Introduction to the Alexander Technique
Discover how to move with greater ease and reduce chronic pain, muscle tension, and stress by learning the Alexander Technique. This method helps you identify and undo unhelpful habits your body has developed over time—think of it as rebooting your natural coordination system. You’ll explore the five core principles, gain simple yet insightful anatomy basics, and practice everyday movements like sitting, walking, and breathing to improve whole-body awareness and function in daily life.
Please note that the first class is 90 minutes and will run until 12:15.
