Ten Minute Daily Refresh

Learn a simple routine consisting of ten exercises designed to reduce stress, invigorate you, and infuse your day with a sense of calm. These gentle movements stimulate acupressure points, reorganize the right and left hemispheres of the brain, and help refocus your attention. They can be performed either standing or sitting, making them accessible regardless of your fitness level. Once you master these ten exercises, it will take you less than ten minutes a day to reap the benefits.
