Shake Your Soul® is a joyful approach to body-spirit connection and wellness that incorporates elements of yoga, dance, movement therapy, and qigong with the rhythms of music from all genres. Appropriate for all fitness levels and all bodies, no prior experience with yoga or dance is needed. All you need is a love of music and a desire to move with it in ways that make sense for you. Connect to the beat and your own playful, spontaneous, and expressive spirit. It doesn’t matter what it looks like—it only matters how it feels to “shake your soul!”
