NewAdvanced ParkourGet Moving (K-12)Bring your training to the next level with this class designed for more experienced parkour practitioners who have established a strong physical and technical foundation. Push yourself with parkour movements, techniques, and challenges that will increase your capabilities in a safe, supervised structure. Incorporate acrobatic elements that explore air awareness, inversion, and“flair” or style into movement. Delve further into the roots and spirit of parkour training and explore how overcoming challenges can build self-confidence and adaptability that can be applied outside of parkour. Previous parkour experience required. Prerequisite - Participants must have attended at least 1 season of PkGen Boston classes to participate.Fall 2026 -
NewBoys (+) in MotionGet Moving (K-12)Boys (+) in Motion is a non-competitive program that inspires active lifestyles, friendships, personal growth, and the confidence that comes from working toward and achieving goals. We meet twice a week for fun and energizing sessions to build physical and mental endurance and prepare us for an optional 5K road race that we will run as a team on Sunday, Nov. 8 (further details upon registration). Please note: This program is inclusive of individuals identifying as transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming. Girls (+) in Motion programs will be offered in the spring. Please note: This is an outdoor class so please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Currently we do not have coaches for Dallin, Hardy, and Peirce schools—we will send word to the schools if we are able to.Fall 2026 -

All teams will work toward the optional 5K road race that we will run as a team on Sunday, May 17 (further details upon registration). No experience necessary. Please note: This is an outdoor class so please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. The AEF 5K requires a separate registration and is independent of ACE. NewHiking ClubGet Moving (K-12)Get outdoors and enjoy the natural world. Hike local wilderness areas such as the Middlesex Fells Reservation, Prospect Hill Park, and the Western Greenway, led by an experienced guide. Engage your curiosity, seek out adventure, build camaraderie, and increase your stamina on hikes of varying distances and challenges. Gain confidence as you learn how to read trail maps, use a compass, and employ other navigation techniques, as well as read the forest for clues about the non-human life around us. Our club will culminate in an optional full-day hike* in the White Mountain National Forest. Transportation from Gibbs/OMS/AHS and all necessary equipment will be provided for both the club and the hike.Fall 2026 -
NewHiking Club: Darkness FallsGet Moving (K-12)Get outdoors and enjoy the natural world as the daylight fades. Led by an experienced guide, you’ll set out on nearby hiking adventures that will hyper-engage your senses. NewIntro to Climbing & BelayingGet Moving (K-12)Challenge yourself on the climbing wall in the AHS gym in this class for beginners. Get the skills needed to safely belay on a ropes course, including how to fasten your climbing harness, tie a figure 8 knot, and participate in a team belay. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to solo belay using the PBUS (pull, brake, under, slide) method.Fall 2026 -

Parkour is like urban gymnastics, and lets you turn the entire world into your personal playground. In a non-competitive atmosphere, you’ll conquer natural and man-made obstacles by running, vaulting, jumping, climbing and rolling.
