    Flavors of Goa: Indo-Portuguese Cuisine
    Food & Drink

Discover the unique culinary traditions of Goa, where more than 450 years of Portuguese colonization influence created one of India’s most distinctive regional cuisines. Learn how Portuguese cooking techniques and ingredients introduced through global trade blended with Indian spices to create bold, unforgettable flavors. We’ll prepare a menu featuring fiery (but not too spicy) chicken vindaloo, a mild, tangy vegetable caldine curry enriched with coconut milk, and an aromatic cilantro rice. We will finish the evening by garnishing a pre-prepared serradura, a light, no-bake Portuguese dessert made with whipped cream and crunchy biscuit crumbs.
