Advanced ParkourGet Moving (K-12)Bring your training to the next level with this class designed for more experienced parkour practitioners who have established a strong physical and technical foundation. Push yourself with parkour movements, techniques, and challenges that will increase your capabilities in a safe, supervised structure. Incorporate acrobatic elements that explore air awareness, inversion, and“flair” or style into movement. Delve further into the roots and spirit of parkour training and explore how overcoming challenges can build self-confidence and adaptability that can be applied outside of parkour. Parkour for Balance & AgilityFitness & DanceYou may know parkour for its high-flying flips and big jumps, but its basic principles can also be used to help active older adults become physically stronger and more mentally confident. In this transformative course for ages 40+, improve your balance and agility with low-impact moves under the guidance of trained and supportive coaches. Learn how to avoid falls, or how best to fall if it happens; how to turn obstacles into opportunities; and how to incorporate functional fitness into your everyday movements.Fall 2026 -

Parkour is like urban gymnastics, and lets you turn the entire world into your personal playground. In a non-competitive atmosphere, you’ll conquer natural and man-made obstacles by running, vaulting, jumping, climbing and rolling. Improve balance, coordination, strength, spatial awareness, and flexibility through games, exercises, and drills.Fall 2026
