Fill and frost a double-layer cake while mastering border designs like rope, reverse shell, ruffle, and zigzag. Learn to craft ribbon and petal roses and arrange them with leaves for a polished, professional look. Pre-made icing, filling, cake circles, and tools will be provided, and you’ll take home piping tips, couplers, and detailed instructions. Please note: Bring two unfrosted cake layers (6, 7 or 8 inch) and cake carrier or box to transport your finished cake. PREREQUISITE: Must have taken an Introductory Cake Decorating Class or have prior basic cake decorating experience. This is not a family class, it is for students ages 18+.Winter 2026 -
Cupcake Decorating: Blooming SucculentsFood & DrinkAdorn your cupcakes with realistic-looking succulents made out of buttercream. Learn to make a variety of cactus plants and desert roses to turn cupcakes into colorful edible terrariums. Icing and decorating tools are included, which you will use in class for decorating your cupcakes and take home to recreate your designs. Please note: You will need to bring 10-12 unfrosted cupcakes and a carrier or box to transport them. Bring an apron, if you like. This is not a family class, it is for students ages 18+.Winter 2026 -
Valentine’s CookiesFood & DrinkSweeten your Valentine’s Day by decorating sugar cookies with style and love. Practice flooding cookies with royal icing for a smooth finish, and try the wet-on-wet technique to create hearts, flowers, and other charming designs. All supplies will be provided, including baked sugar cookies, royal icing, and boxes. Note: This is not a family class, it is for students ages 18+.Winter 2026
