Learn the fundamentals of wrestling in an energetic and supportive environment. Coached by Arlington High School wrestling alumni, you’ll be mentored by members of the school’s championship team as you train alongside them. Build strength, agility, and confidence while developing technique and strategy, and discovering if wrestling is a sport you’d like to pursue in high school. Please wear athletic clothing and bring water. Everyone is welcome.
