    Bring your own project idea and materials to work on during this open shop time. You will have access to the comprehensive array of tools in the new AHS maker space, as well as feedback and guidance as you work on your project. This class is for students who have already taken the Learn Woodworking class. Further refine your skills and bring your woodworking aspirations to fruition in this supportive environment. Bring your own project idea and materials. Tools will be provided.Prerequisite: For students who have taken the ACE Learn Woodworking class

    Learn Woodworking: Cutting Board
    Fine Arts & Crafts

    IMPORTANT: Due to exceptionally high demand for this class, we ask that you DO NOT register if you have already taken this class. Please see Woodworking Open Shop. Don’t miss this great opportunity for aspiring woodworkers. Learn the basics of fine woodworking using shop tools such as the jointer, planer, and table saw to create a cutting board. Get hands-on experience that will lay a solid foundation for future woodworking projects. For first-time students only. NOTE: Wood for the cutting board is provided, but material for different or additional projects will need to be provided by the students.
