Learn the basics of glass fusing by creating your own 8x8-inch decorative tile, which will be kiln-fired at 1400 degrees—a temperature that will allow your design to remain three-dimensional. Each of you will create your own unique composition using a variety of materials, including powders, frit (crushed glass), confetti, copper, stringers (glass threads), and glass ribbons. Landscapes and flowers are popular sources of inspiration, but you’re encouraged to follow your own artistic vision. Your instructor will fire your projects in his kiln and return them within two weeks, beautifully mounted in a white shadow box or frame. Ages 9+Winter 2026 -
