Jump, hang, climb, and balance as you train to be a ninja warrior. We’ll play games, complete drills, and tackle an obstacle course. Each time we meet, we’ll add additional pieces of equipment and learn new skills that build upon the previous week’s accomplishments. Scale up cargo nets on a truss, walk across balance beams, climb over an A-frame, and hang on monkey bars as you build strength, endurance, and coordination.
