The words and language of spiritual leader Eckhart Tolle, Buddhist monk Thich Naht Hahn, meditation teacher John Kabat Zinn, and the poet Mary Oliver will be referenced to support our understanding and practice. There will be an emphasis on how to establish or continue a regular meditation practice, as well as how to bring these concepts into your daily life. Please note: Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a blanket and meditation cushion if you have one. The instructor will bring a few additional cushions, and chairs will also be available for our practice.
