You’ll work on fundamental skills—cradling, passing, shooting, defensive footwork, and teamwork—through engaging drills and mini-games. In this positive, encouraging environment you can learn at your own pace, whether you’re trying lacrosse for the first time or looking to improve your existing skills. If you have equipment, please bring it; if not, there will be some loaner pieces.
