Sparkling Wine: Champagne, Cava, Prosecco & Other Bubbly Delights

Sparkling wine isn’t just for celebrations—it’s for enjoying anytime. Come try bubblies from the best producing regions in the world. We’ll start in France with Champagnes that showcase different grapes, as well as Crémants that cost less but are sometimes just as delicious. We’ll move on to Spain for some excellent Cava and then to Italy, where we'll skip Prosecco to try the country’s more majestic sparkling wines. Finally, we'll sample sparkling wines from other regions around the world that can go toe-to-toe with the best. If you only lift a glass of bubbly at New Year’s, this class will change your mind!
