Gnocchi & Sauce (Family)
Learn how to make pillowy authentic Italian gnocchi from scratch. We will use a ricotta base to make restaurant-quality gnocchi, including those hallmark ridges to catch the sauce. We will also prepare a simple, traditional red sauce and an alternative white cream sauce for serving. Ages 8+
PLEASE NOTE: The class fee is for one adult and one child.

Adrienne Dunne is a certified baker and Level III Wilton certified decorator, and has been cooking and decorating cookies and cakes for over 30 years. She is a mom to four children and works in education.
