Andrea is a former professional baker with over a decade of experience in acclaimed restaurants and bakeries, including Boston’s beloved Flour Bakery and Vinal Bakery. Now a passionate home baker, she's been honing her cookie craft and mastering the art of assembling festive cookie tins since childhood. Andrea loves checking out cookbooks from the library and lives in Arlington with her husband and two cats.
Amy Schindelman
Instructor
Amy has been an enthusiastic baker (and consumer of baked goods) for many years. She worked as a professional baker for several years at Flour Bakery and has facilitated numerous baking workshops for colleagues and community members. She loves to host the occasional cookie swap, design treat boxes, and liberally sprinkle flaky salt on most sweets. One of her favorite cookies is a snickerdoodle.
