Mesmerizing Mandala Rock Painting (Family)
Enjoy an evening together while learning to paint mesmerizing mandala patterns on rocks. Mandala painting is a beautiful art form as well as a proven way to relax the body and mind. We’ll combine this calming art process with mindfulness games and guided meditation to make a tranquil evening for the entire family. Ages 6+

Nora Dybdal is a local Arlington mom and children's yoga teacher. She is delighted to bring her background in art, anthropology, music, yoga, and meditation to offer classes that are meaningful and fun, while exploring artistic ideas and mediums, cultivating an appreciation for the natural world, and offering kids tools for self regulation, stress reduction, and wellness practices, which can be used for the rest of their lives.
