Quilted Laptop Sleeve
Learn the fundamentals of quilting while creating a stylish, padded sleeve for your laptop or tablet. You’ll measure your device, cut fabric, quilt the layers together, add topstitching and binding, and finish a custom-fitted case that offers both protection and personality. You should be comfortable sewing a straight line with a sewing machine.
Please note: Bring your sewing machine in good working order, 1/2 yard of fabric, 1/2 yard of lining fabric (quilting cotton or other if preferred), pins or clips, rotary blade.

Nora is a quilter and sewer who lives in Somerville and enjoys all types of crafting. She has a background in teaching and youth development that she brings to her quilting instruction and is excited to share her love of quilting with sewers of all levels. She has experience making numerous quilts in different styles as well as quilted wall hangings and accessories.
