Draw & Paint Botanicals
Draw and paint botanical subjects from direct observation. Learn mindful drawing techniques to improve accuracy and classical botanical painting methods using transparent watercolor washes on hot-press watercolor paper. Create detailed paintings of leaves, flowers, fruits, fungi, and more. New and continuing students are welcome.

Corry Buckwalter

Corry Buckwalter is a visual artist, educator and landscape designer based in Arlington. Her artwork explores ecology, land use, and botanical history. In the studio classroom, Corry nurtures individual student creativity through inclusive and supportive instruction. Her belief that art making is a catalyst for personal growth and community-building has grown from her extensive experience teaching adult learners of all abilities.
