Fondant Cake Decorating

Learn how to stretch and roll pre-made fondant, cover cakes smoothly, and craft elegant bows, roses, inlays, overlays, and decorative borders for a professional finish. Fondant, cutters, and handouts are yours to keep, with all additional tools provided for use during class.
Please note: Bring a 6 to 8 inch two layer Frosted Cake on a cake circle to class; a box or cake carrier to transport your finished cake; and if you have one, a large rolling pin.
