Mixed Media Open Studio

This immersive mixed-media studio offers a relaxed and supportive space to explore a variety of techniques and materials with as much or as little guidance as you need. You will experiment with gelli plates, acrylic paints, stencils, ink sprays, ephemera, personalized stamps, and natural and found objects. Create a variety of projects, including collages, bookmarks, accordion books, canvas work, and art journal pages. Whether you’re just starting out with mixed media or looking to expand your skills, you’ll be inspired to think outside the box, try new approaches, and push the limits of your artistic expression. 

Materials: Bring your favorite acrylic paints in colors of your choice, including black and white, and two flat brushes. Feel free to bring your own stash of paper scraps, fabric bits, or interesting found objects to personalize your work. All other materials provided.
