SummerFun! 2026
Create mind-bending optical illusions using just pencil and paper. Learn how to trick the eye into seeing movement by overlapping lines and silhouettes, combining clashing vibrant colors, and varying pencil line gradation. Experiment with patterns, explore visual rhythm, and sharpen your drawing skills as you create images that leap off the page.

With experience teaching art in different classrooms, I specialize in creating artworks that unite students to get excited about the materials through drawing technique. My experience has touched students while working as a Resident artist in North Carolina making murals with children, Danforth Art Museum in Farmington, Ma. teaching oil pastel on paper to middle school age students, and Fashion design and Collage at the Decordova sculpture museum in Lincoln Ma where I collaborated with High school age students as well as adult classes.
