Master Chefs: Latin Style

Spend a week cooking your own tasty Latin American inspired meals. From everyday favorites like tortilla de patatas (Spanish omelette) and arroz con pollo (chicken and rice) to empanadas (sweet or savory filled pastry), arepas (cheese stuffed corncake), and a tres leches cake (creamy spongecake). You’ll build skills—including knife safety, using the oven, staying organized, and working with others—while making thoughtful choices about balanced, creative meals. By the end, you’ll feel more confident, independent, and ready to explore new flavors on your own.
