Flour Power

I grew up in the Boston area, and attended a pastry arts program at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
When I'm not baking, I'm listening to music, spending time with my family and friends, doing the crossword, and sewing!

I’m a retired Culinary Arts teacher from Brookline High School who also has a catering business. I have worked as a professional chef since 1986 and incorporate solid kitchen fundamentals with a sense of culture and history of the food we study and cook. I currently run a wood fired pizza business in Tucson Arizona in the winter and return to Boston for the summer.
