I’m a retired Culinary Arts teacher from Brookline High School who also has a catering business. I have worked as a professional chef since 1986 and incorporate solid kitchen fundamentals with a sense of culture and history of the food we study and cook. I currently run a wood fired pizza business in Tucson Arizona in the winter and return to Boston for the summer.
