Chocolate Art (Family)

Family Classes -
Winter 2026

Explore the magic of chocolate! We’ll cover its cacao bean origins and the ethical issues related to sourcing. Delve into the science behind tempering, and techniques for casting, carving, and coloring. Learn how to store chocolate properly and prevent that weird white blooming. Then, together, we will craft our own delicious seasonal sweets using chocolate made from responsibly sourced cacao. Bring home a box filled with fancy flowers, luscious leaves, and bouncing bunnies that will almost be too cute to eat. Ages 10+
