Feeling stuck in a job that isn’t the right fit or unsure what to pursue next? This workshop helps you gain clarity and momentum by guiding you through a “career vision” exercise. Identify obstacles that can make a job search challenging and start addressing them with actionable steps. You’ll leave with a written record of your goals and a clear picture of your ideal job, giving you a reference to guide your search. The session includes discussion, reflection, and practical exercises designed to boost confidence and focus. Be ready to think, write, and share as you prepare to approach your job search with a fresh perspective.
Kristin Snyder
Kristin Snyder is currently Assistant Director of Career Services at Harvard Graduate School of Design and founder of Kristin Snyder Career Coaching. She has nearly a decade of experience as a career coach in higher education, including work with people in various career stages. She started her coaching business to help mid-career professionals find jobs that align with their values, experience, and skills so that they can have a career that’s meaningful to them. Many people are stuck in jobs that aren’t a good fit, and she seeks to help them identify and pursue new and better possibilities. Her credentials include a Master’s Degree in Education, completing an intensive coaching education program accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and extensive professional development in career coaching and advising.
