Through repetition and gentle progression, you’ll build confidence and body awareness to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and energized both on and off the mat.
Jade McElroy
Jade is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and holds a degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst. With a deep love for movement, wellness, and personal growth, she guides students to build strength and awareness through mindful Pilates practice helping them feel more connected, confident, and present their bodies.
