Vietnamese Street Food
Adult Enrichment / Food & Drink -
Winter 2026
Experience the light and delicate flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, known for its fresh herbs, crisp vegetables, and vibrant dipping sauces. Vietnamese dishes often share common ingredients, but different cooking techniques bring out unique tastes and textures. We’ll prepare Gỏi Cuốn (fresh rolls), bánh tráng nướng (rice paper pan-grilled pizza), Phở gà (chicken noodle soup), and Kem bơ, a creamy avocado mousse with coconut cream.
