Emilia Montero is a Venezuelan educator and cooking instructor based in Lexington, MA. Trained in education with a focus on biology and chemistry, and with additional studies in neuroscience. She founded Art Cooks in 2021 to share warm, seasonal, Latin-inspired cooking with families and teams.
