She has served as the corporate blogger for Hotel Chocolate (UK), and participated in Colombia Chocolate Week (2019) where she received a blessing from the spiritual leader of the Arhuacos indigenous tribe to carry the stories of their ancestral cacao to people around the world through her teachings. She is the founder of Cocoa Beantown, a chocolate tours and educational experiences company in Boston.
