American Mah Jongg: Beginning Intensive
Jump into the game of American Mah Jongg with this focused daytime intensive for newcomers who want to find out what makes mah jongg so addictive. Get comfortable with the card, tiles, and rules as you practice building hands and playing with classmates. You will need to purchase your own official 2025 National Mah Jongg League card.
Please note: Each class is 2.5 hours. Register for one session only. You must bring your own 2025 National Mah Jongg League official card, which can be purchased here (we highly recommend the large size).

Sally Goldfarb is a retired severe special needs teacher with a passion for crafting, canasta and mah jong. Sally has played mah jong for over thirty years and relishes the opportunity to share her enthusiasm with her training as an educator.
