				Steamed buns, or bao, are a beloved street food across East and Southeast Asia, especially in China. These soft, pillowy buns are easy to eat and packed with flavor. In this interactive online class, you’ll make bao dough from scratch and create two delicious fillings: char siu-style chicken with pickled vegetables and a savory cabbage bao.
Ploy Khunisorn
Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand, and went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School before pursuing her Master’s Degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and Master’s Degree in Education at Cambridge College.
