				Join us for one or both of these dynamic and delicious culinary classes, which combine demonstration with hands-on cooking. Ages 9+
Lassi & Spice: Discover the magic of the masala dabba, the iconic spice box, as you cook a delicious vegetarian meal together and learn how to use these essential spices in Indian cooking. We’ll prepare fragrant basmati rice and protein-packed chana masala, a tasty chickpea curry full of authentic flavors. Add crispy roasted papad flatbread for crunch, then finish with a creamy, refreshing mango lassi everyone will love.
Korma & Cumin: Learn how to make a base sauce for mixed vegetable kurma, a creamy, comforting vegan dish that pairs perfectly with jeera rice, a fragrant basmati infused with cumin seeds. We’ll also prepare cabbage subji, a flavorful dry stir-fry that transforms simple ingredients into a standout vegetable dish.
Sandhya Rege Nadkarni
Sandhya Rege Nadkarni has been teaching public and private cooking classes for more than 12 years. She creates content and develops authentic Indian and innovative fusion recipes for her popular blog INDFUSED @indfused.com, which also offers branded online products, including spices and recipe kits. Her focus has always been to create healthier, streamlined, delicious recipes with easily available ingredients.
