Our Whole Lives
ACE Kids K-12 / Languages & Life Skills (K-12) -
Winter 2026
Our Whole Lives (OWL) is a comprehensive sexuality education class that equips teens with accurate, age-appropriate information and skills to help them lead sexually healthy, positive, and responsible lives. Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, OWL addresses a wide range of topics including body image, relationships, social media/Internet, sexual orientation, gender identity, sexually transmitted infections, birth control, and cultural influences on sexuality. Through fun and engaging activities and discussions in a safe environment, OWL helps teens to clarify their own values and build their interpersonal skills. Our Whole Lives is used nationwide in a variety of community settings including schools, youth-serving agencies and faith-based communities. OWL is completely secular and contains no religious doctrine. To learn more, visit www.uua.org/re/owl.
Note: A parent/guardian orientation via zoom is mandatory for your child to participate in the course. In order to accommodate families, we will offer 2 options: January 7, 7:00-8:30pm or January 8, 5:00-6:30pm. All students must have a parent/legal guardian attend one of these 2 zoom meetings and sign a permission slip prior to our first session.
