Signs of Spring
Spring is a time of rebirth and renewal. In New England, the weather begins to moderate, the first flowers are already poking their heads above ground, and of course the days are getting longer. We’ll head out in search of early spring wildflowers, emerging leaves, and other signs that spring is returning. We’ll begin with a little poetry and observations about increasing day length, but the focus will be on plant ID and fun and interesting natural history. Please note: Children ages 10+ are welcome to register if accompanied by a registered adult. Meeting location will be emailed upon registration.
