Fused Glass Ornaments

Have fun making beautiful glass ornaments while learning the basics of glass fusing. Learn how to use glass powders, frits, stringers, and copper inclusions and about two different firing techniques—full fuse and tack fuse. Then, design and create up to five ornaments for your Christmas tree or window.

Your instructor will fire your creations in his own kiln and they will be available for pickup at Arlington High School within two weeks.

Safety note: Students must wear closed toes shoes. Safety glasses will be provided.
