Make It Like Nonna: Perfect Pasta & Sauce
Please Note: Due to a delay in construction at AHS, this class was postponed from 11/7 to 11/14.
Learn how to make pasta like the Italians do. First we will make the dough from scratch, set up a pasta machine, and crank out fettuccine. Then we’ll make a delicious family recipe, spinach and ricotta ravioli, as well as two distinctive sauces to accompany the pastas, a traditional marinara and a roasted red pepper cream. Everyone will help make these recipes and enjoy eating them throughout the evening. Get advice on which pasta machine to purchase, including the cost and where to find one, and walk away with a practical new skill. You may never buy a boxed pasta again!
