An Evening with Journalist Kara Baskin
Spend an entertaining evening with local celeb, Arlington mom, and award-winning journalist and editor extraordinaire Kara Baskin. Kara writes about parenting, food, and culture for The Boston Globe, serves as a contributing editor at Boston magazine, and is the parenting reporter for JewishBoston.com. She has a new book, Generation Yes: The Modern Woman's Field Guide to Liberation in Midlife, coming out in 2024, and also co-authored the Oprah-approved book Size Matters: The Hard Facts About Male SexualityThat Every Woman Should Know (which somehow didn’t ruin her marriage). Kara will talk about food (tacos!), mental health, writing, parenting, or whatever hot topics the crowd wants to cover.
