Sports of All Sorts

My name is Christopher VanGordon and I am currently an elementary physical education/building support teacher here at Bishop Elementary School. I enjoy working with children and educating them on the importance of physical education, and would like to bring that passion and excitement to the Summer program.

Hello! I am a 3rd grade teacher at Bishop- for as long as I can remember I have been looking to turn anything I do into a game/challenge. This was a strategy I developed to help me manage my dyslexia. Together we are going to have a great time learning and learning how to deal with challenges.

Stephen Murphy is a P.E. teacher at Peirce and Thompson schools. 

He grew up playing sports and games and thinks its a great way to learn and make friends!

Ryan Wholey has taught at Thompson Elementary School in Arlington since 2016, originally in the afterschool program before becoming a Physical Education teacher. He enjoys staying active and helping the student population find joy in exercise and movement. Outside of school Ryan enjoys disc golf, playing guitar and spending time with friends and family.
