Become the best dog and/or cat lover you can be. Learn how to take care of a puppy or kitten, make your own pet treats, craft accessories like treat jars and collar tags, and design fun pet toys. Level up and tackle puff pastries, tarts, and other sweet treats! We’ll make traditional breakfast and brunch dishes that incorporate a lot of different ways to use eggs, such as omelets, scrambled eggs, eggs in a basket, breakfast burritos, French toast, and more. This class will give you the cooking skills and nutrition information to start your day off right. -

If you can bake it, we will make it! Learn how to bake or improve your skills as you measure, mix, bake, and taste wonderful treats from start to finish. Recipes we may try include one-pan cake, banana bread, chocolate chip cookies, and more. -
Master Chefs: Latin Style
Spend a week cooking your own tasty Latin American inspired meals. From everyday favorites like tortilla de patatas (Spanish omelette) and arroz con pollo (chicken and rice) to empanadas (sweet or savory filled pastry), arepas (cheese stuffed corncake), and a tres leches cake (creamy spongecake). You’ll build skills—including knife safety, using the oven, staying organized, and working with others—while making thoughtful choices about balanced, creative meals. By the end, you’ll feel more confident, independent, and ready to explore new flavors on your own. -

Together, we’ll choose a theme and craft festive decorations like pom-pom and paper star garlands, centerpieces, and more. Design invitations, make yummy snacks, and build the perfect playlist. Each day focuses on a different project, and the week ends with everyone setting up and enjoying a fabulous party! -
Camp-In!
Get ready for a camping adventure. Set up tents, hammocks, lean-tos, and other creative sleeping structures. Practice building a safe fire (without actually lighting it) and make campfire meals like walking tacos, hot dogs on a stick, trail mix, and s’mores. Babysitting Basics
Please note: This class runs 10:00 am-12:00 pm, Monday–Thursday only. You must be at least 12 years old. You will receive a babysitter’s ID card and a certificate of completion. This program is designed to better prepare you to become a capable, caring, and responsible babysitter. Understand the responsibilities and skills—including basic first aid and what to do in an emergency—and develop confidence in handling situations you may encounter when caring for young children.
